Out of the Blue X Gundungurra Artist Kelsie

Seeing Thomas Mayo speak at Blue Mountains Writers Festival in 2024 was the catalyst for this project. Annette was inspired, loved the practical guide of Thomas’ book Always Was Always Will Be and was lucky enough to meet Thomas briefly.

We created Out of the Blue X to use our skills and platforms to continue to keep our local Aboriginal culture and reconciliation front & centre, by partnering with Aboriginal artists. 

We source and fund the production of merchandise using local artist/s for a 10% share. The remaining 90% of the profits go to the artist. We’re also very, very close to confirming an Aboriginal organisation to produce the merchandise - doubling the impact

We are thrilled to have Out of the Blue X Gundungurra Artist Kelsie as our first partnership, producing a range of  authentic Blue Mountains merchandise for visitors, and locals!
